This hotel is highly recommended. Everything about it were great! When we got into our room and it was my birthday I… was really surprised to see a birthday cake on the table with 2 plates and silverware for me and my husband. I would like to thank Alonso who works in the front desk for making my birthday a happy one. Everyone is really nice. I loved the beach and pools also food wise good . I’ll recommend this place to everyone whose looking for a great place to stay! Btw I forgot about the melodious blackbirds who entertain us everyday every breakfast ❤️read more

We had a great experience! If you’re looking for nightlife, you’re a bit far away from that staying at this hotel. If… you’re looking for a very relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place! The two restaurants are a bit limited with their food menu however the room service menu is huge! Unfortunately we didn’t look at that until the second to the last day of our vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking to relax! If you want to party, look for some thing located elsewhere.read more

Unprofessional and nasty attitude of the staff at the Lobby and Restaurant Caribeño. Reluctance to find a solution,… very poor communication skills. I would NOT recommend to anyone the hotel just because of the way you make your guests feel and being disrespectful.read more

Me gusta mucho este hotel pero la cena del 24 de diciembre no fue lo máximo, el buffett no fue nada bueno y ni siquiera… incluía las bebidas, (No somos consumidores de alcohol). Faltó algún show divertido, música alegre, juegos o algo más. Con los 6 mil pesos que pagamos pudimos haberla pasado mejor en otro lado.read more
